September Vigilance Is Needed

Greetings in the Lord, It's been awhile since I've last written, and certainly not because there is nothing to write about, but mainly just hunkering down for awile.  Anyway, with September right around the corner and with the words that I've been getting lately, it really seems like it is time to blow the horn and share what has been on my heart.   Most of the words recently have come from Amos 3 & 6, but also Psalm 72, 116, 13 and Proverbs 6:12-19.  Taken all together, it means in a nutshell that "worthless" and "wicked" people are being allowed to have their moment of attack and viciousness against God's people because of their rampant sin and spiritual apathy (Western nations).  There is really no soft way of putting it -- rebelliousness takes one out of the protections of the Lord, so for this month of September, and certainly around 9-11, it would be a good idea for Americans especially, to pray Psalm 91 everyday, and ideally to fast and pr...

North Korea & South Korea

Greetings in the Lord! It is such an honor to share this next word of the Lord with you.  Why God choses to use us humans as His servants when He is more than capable of doing it all Himself is beyond me, in the first place.  Anyway, to God be all the glory. The past couple of weeks I was in South Korea and was blessed to hear the Holy Spirit tell about all the wonderful things God is doing in that country, and in that whole peninsula!  He began by saying: "The Lord has given to South Korea all the nations of the earth; great favor with all the nations of the earth!  South Korea will begin to walk in the authority God has placed upon her shoulders, much in the same way He has blessed the United States of America, to share the Good News to all people!  Yes, there will be abundance in the marketplace, but that is just a result of the blessing.  The Lord is and has been opening doors of opportunity to South Korea, and will continue to...

Our Quiet Ministries

Greetings in the Lord! Today's word is from Matthew 12:15-28, which talks about the quiet and often misunderstood ministry of Jesus. Verse 15b-21: "Many followed him (Jesus) and he healed all their sick, warning them not to tell who he was. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: 'Here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations. He will not quarrel or cry out; no one will hear his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not put out, till he leads justice to victory. In his name the nations will put their hope.'" The passage tells us that He would not be listened to, but His actions would speak for themselves. Prophetic Word for Iceland

Greetings in the Lord! Yesterday the Lord put on my heart that within a matter of weeks I was to go to Iceland and prophesy there. Here is the prophetic word for the nation of Iceland I received today: "It's the dawn of a new age in Iceland! Look, over the mountains--a bright Light shines. Feel His warmth stirring and melting your hearts. Truth shall reign in the north! The Lord comes riding on His white horse to spear the red dragon, setting the captives free! Build Your House Upon the Rock

Greetings in the Lord! Today's word comes from Isaiah 22:1-14. Those verses talk about how the people of Jerusalem simply went on with business as usual, while only attending to the obvious weaknesses in their city structure, after the Lord spared them from a major attack by their enemy in the past. They "saw that the City of David had many breaches in its defenses; you stored up water in the Lower Pool. You counted the buildings in Jerusalem and tore down houses to strengthen the wall...but you did not look to the One who made it, or have regard for the One who planned it long ago. The Lord, the Lord Almighty, called you on that day to weep and wail, to tear out your hair and put on sackcloth. But see, there is joy and reverly...eating of meat and drinking of wine! Favor of the Lord

Greetings in the Lord! Yesterday I received an encouraging word from a friend about the favor of God, but I'm not sure I really received it. Today, however, the Lord said it, so I not only received it, but am passing along the blessing to all of you. Enjoy! Greetings in the Lord! Today's word is from Matthew 13:31-33; two parables about the kingdom of God. "Jesus told them another parable: 'The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches.' He told them still another parable: 'The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into a large amount of flour until it worked all through the dough.' The word from the Lord today is that 1) the big projects, His projects, that you've begun to understand and presently are undertaking may seem to you as insignificant, not at all the vision the Lord has put in your heart.
