Today's word comes from Isaiah, chapters 15-16, and Jeremiah 48.  Both passages are incredibly similar, with some verses being quoted by both prophets near verbatim.  The issue at hand: a prophetic word about the fall of Moab. Two Wrongs Do Not Make a Right

Greetings in the Lord! In the 1st and 2nd chapters of the book of Amos, we see the prophet being called to decree God's judgment on Israel's neighbors and their cities: Damascus, Gaza, Ashkelon, Ekron, Tyre, Edom, Ammon, and Moab.  They are under His wrath for their continual violence and evil practices.  Then the prophet goes on to also decree the same to Israel and Judah, although their sins differed, in that, while the other nations violated the generally recognized laws of humanity, Israel and Judah disobeyed the revealed law of God.  Their sins exposed the general moral deterioration of the nation in light of the revealed word of God that they had.  In essence, they were living like all their neighbors. Global Marketplace Facelift

Greetings in the Lord! Earlier this year, during the summer (July), the Lord started talking to me about jobs overseas for Americans--in that, He was sending us abroad to work. I posted a word during that time about the many industries across the board that would go: teachers, fishermen, auto industry workers, computer technologists, even those in the parks and recreation industries and social sciences, in addition to the usual industries of oil, banking/investments, military & contractors, and so on. And having been sent overseas myself for 2010 (S. Korea), I have been able to be a witness to this influx of US workers making that move and been able to talk with some higher-ups within many of these industries about why they are moving overseas and the opportunities there. The Fall of the Daughter of the Babylonians

Greetings in the Lord! This week I received Isaiah 47 from the Lord.  It is a chapter that prophesies the fall of Babylon.  While we know the original Babylon has long since fallen, and even others point to modern day struggles in Iraq, I discern the Lord is speaking about the spirit of Babylon that has been resting on the United States (and worldwide) in recent history.  Likewise, when Isaiah makes reference to a "she" in the passage, I discern that to also include to a current "Daughter of the Babylonians," Hillary Clinton. A Curve Ball Coming Up

  Greetings in the Lord~ Over the course of the past three weeks, I have gotten the same word 3 times, each from a different place in Scripture.  Now, I know that 3 is an attention-getting number, so I will share this prophetic word today as it comes from Isaiah 30-31.
