From Out of the Sea It Appears

Greetings in the Lord!

Today's scripture is from Daniel 7:23-25.
"He gave me this explanation: 'The fourth beast is a fourth kingdom that will appear on earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth, trampling it down and crushing it. The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings. He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a time.'"

Fellow believers, we are in that season of great persecution; the time of being "handed over." Four days ago while in prayer, I had a vision of a huge terrifying beast coming up out of a stormy sea. It looked like a giant Godzilla, with four heads, a huge thick tail, big sharp teeth, horns on its head....and human hands! As I kept looking at it, studying it--trying to understand what it represented, where it was on earth, I discerned that the human hands meant that the "fouth kingdom" now has human agents, with the anti-christ now present on earth, and we are in the "time, times, and half a time" of persecution. Then I heard the Holy Spirit say, "It comes from the West." (Japan/Hawaii) I discern that we must keep the West Coast, especially Los Angeles, in prayer these days (especially around the 10th and 11th). As I do with all visions of this nature, I went to my Bible for scriptural confirmation. The Lord led me to 2 Thessalonians Chapter 2..the chapter that talks about the revealing of the "lawless one," or the anti-christ. "Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God." (V.3-4) There is much more in that chapter, but for now I will continue to pray for more understanding and revelation from the Lord and will close with verse 13: "But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through the belief in the truth."

The times are urgent to reach the lost and draw near to God, beloved. May you continue to rest in the shadow of the Almighty, extoling the Lord your God with all your heart.
