The Ram's Horn Has Blown--Seek Shelter In the Lord

Greetings in the Lord,

Well, this week I received a couple of words from Amos 3-4 and was waiting to hear more, as it talks about even more hard times coming our way.  When I say "our," I mean specific troubles coming to the corrupt illegitimate leaders of the U.S., and their ill-advised and greedy decisions will dump more financial difficulties and shortages and troubles in general onto the people as they tank the economy and make our nation weak and vulnerable to attack.  This will even have a disastrous effect on other nations, as well.

Announce this to the leaders of Philistia and to the great ones of Egypt: "Take your seats now on the hills around Samaria, and witness the chaos and oppression in Israel."  Amos 3:10

Yep, other nations--traditional enemies--will gather to watch (and mock) the "chaos and oppression" going on in the U.S. when this next round of calamities hits the fan.

When the ram's horn blows a warning, shouldn't the people be alarmed?  Does disaster come to a city unless the Lord has planned it?

Indeed, the Sovereign Lord never does anything until He reveals His plans to His servants the prophets.  Amos 3:6-7

Trouble comes because they are so wicked in their actions--they do not know how to do right!  This word goes beyond the corrupt political elite, but also includes those heads of corporations and Hollywood elite who have sold out to the devil for wealth and success, and of course, the Big Tech industry in all their vile ways.  On a side note, I find it interesting that once upon a time the U.S. entrepreneurs and inventors and business people had success--even supernatural success--because of their faith in God, and nowadays, the trend is to sell their souls to the devil for earthly riches.  How incredibly foolish and shortsighted!  As it is written, "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul?"

Anyway, just buckle your seat belts in the next coming months as it is about to get bumpy again--but as people of God, we can and should put our trust in Him, in His protection, provision and wisdom to get us through.

I come to You for protection, O Lord my God. Save me from my persecutors--rescue me!...Arise, O Lord, in anger!  Stand up against the fury of my enemies!  Wake up, my God, and bring justice!...End the evil of those who are wicked, and defend the righteous.  For You look deep within the mind and heart, O righteous God.

God is my shield, saving those whose hearts are true and right.  God is an honest judge.  He is angry with the wicked every day.  If a person does not repent, God will sharpen His sword; He will bend and string His bow.  He will prepare His deadly weapons and shoot His flaming arrows.

The wicked conceive evil; they are pregnant with trouble and give birth to lies.  They dig a deep pit to trap others, then fall into it themselves.  The trouble they make for others backfires on them.  The violence they plan falls on their own heads.

I will thank the Lord because He is just; I will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.  Psalm 7

~Be blessed and be a blessing.
