Checkmate!

Greetings in the Lord!

Today while in prayer the Holy Spirit put this bold and sensitive word on my heart:

"The enemy has overplayed his hand again.  Watch as I begin to reveal true motives about the meeting with Kim Jong Un.  Trump will retreat rapidly and make a checkmate move.  And the world will say--'Well played, Mr. Trump.'"

 Isaiah 43:11-12  "I, yes I, am the Lord, and there is no other Savior.  First I predicted your rescue, then I saved you and proclaimed it to the world.  No other foreign god has ever done this.  You are witnesses that I AM the only God," says the Lord.

Faith To Move Mountains

Greetings in the Lord! Today's word comes from Matthew 17:18-20~ "Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed from that moment. Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, "Why coudn't we drive it out?" He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." ~Recently the Lord gave me a vision of a huge, snow-capped blue mountian off in the distance. Summer Storms Are Brewing

Greetings in the Lord! Is anyone else just sick and tired of hearing and reading all of the contempt, lies and mockery coming from Trump's enemies?  I mean, seriously, how much venom can people have?  But then I am quickly reminded that we war not with flesh and blood, but with powers and rulers of darkness--yet our King reigns far higher, "far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in this present age but in the one to come.  And God placed all things under His feet and appointed Him to be head over everything for the Church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills everything in every way." Summer Prophetic Words Taking Root

Greetings in the Lord, It's not very often that I feel led to put updates on this blog of the prophetic words that get fulfilled, as I simply trust that God will bring them to pass in His timing and in His way.  And I certainly don't feel the need to prove anything to skeptics who doubt Christian prophets or scoff at the omnipotence of God.  The Most High is eternal and His throne is firmly established; though the rebellious shake their fists at Him, His edicts stand forever and His majesty fills the earth.  The Lord is unmovable.  Having said that, I still feel led to give an update from two prophetic words given over the summer. Stand Firm in Your Faith

Greetings in the Lord! In my commute to work in Denver I often take a bus and metro train. I like the commute and the opportunity it gives me to chat with other people...or rather, I've made myself available to the Spirit to move and speak to other people. Yesterday I had a good conversation with a middle aged black man who was returning home from work. As we began talking he asked me where I worked and I told him the whole story of how the Lord had wonderfully arranged my current job situation--of all the prophetic words that had been fulfilled along the way. He was so delighted at the story and said, "Boy, that is a great testimony! So encouraging!" I discerned the Lord wanted to increase his faith and strengthen him with hope and it was well received. This was a man of integrity whose faith "battery" was on low and needed recharging. Scatter the Fruitless Fig Trees

Greetings in the Lord! One of the things I've learned very well over the years is that God's timing is not our timing. I know, it's like, "You can say that again, sister!" right? ha Yeah, it's hard to wait...for good things, that is. For the possibility of unpleasant things to happen we can appreciate delay, hoping it never to come to pass, but not so for good things. We want them now. God's word speaks so often of timing, seasons, He calls it, that a special anointing was given to the tribe of Issachar to be able to discern the seasons of God. Greetings in the Lord! As I was praying today and pondering in my heart some recent happenings, or non-happenings as it were, the Lord said " Judges 3 ." So I got out my Bible and began to read: These are the nations the Lord left to test all those Israelites who had not experienced any of the wars in Canaan (He did this only to teach warfare to the descendants of the Israelites who had not had previous battle experience): the five rulers of the Philistines, all the Canaanites, the Sidonians , and the Hivites living in the Lebanon mountains...They were left to test the Israelites to see whether they would obey the Lord's commands, which He had given their forefathers through Moses. Hmm ...OK, so these Israelites were not familiar with war, or for us nowadays, it is just like Christians not knowing about spiritual warfare, the need for true repentance, or still having to learn about spiritual discernment and wisdom.
