Our Hope is in You

Greetings in the Lord!

Today's word comes to us as a teaching; for if you've been discerning in your spirit that you ought to pray for your country, the word from the Lord today will guide you. It comes from Jeremiah 14:19-22:
"Have You rejected Judah completely? Do You despise Zion? Why have You afflicted us so that we cannot be healed? We hoped for peace but no good has come, for a time of healing but there is only terror. O Lord, we acknowledge our wickedness and the guilt of our fathers; we have indeed sinned against You. For the sake of Your Name do not despise us; do not dishonor Your glorious throne. Remember Your covenant with us and do not break it. Do any of the worthless idols of the nations bring rain? Do the skies themselves send down showers? No, it is You, O Lord our God. Therefore our hope is in You, for You are the One who does all this."

Greetings in the Lord! I want to share with you about a recent, and very relevant experience and word from the Lord. It began a week ago with a dream. In this dream, a very good-looking uncircumcised man came to me holding out a piece of paper in his hand for me to take. The situation seemed harmless and attractive, but a voice from behind me said, "He is an enticing spirit." Immediately I became angry and yelled at him in Jesus' name to leave and never come back. North Korea & South Korea

Greetings in the Lord! It is such an honor to share this next word of the Lord with you.  Why God choses to use us humans as His servants when He is more than capable of doing it all Himself is beyond me, in the first place.  Anyway, to God be all the glory. The past couple of weeks I was in South Korea and was blessed to hear the Holy Spirit tell about all the wonderful things God is doing in that country, and in that whole peninsula!  He began by saying: "The Lord has given to South Korea all the nations of the earth; great favor with all the nations of the earth!  South Korea will begin to walk in the authority God has placed upon her shoulders, much in the same way He has blessed the United States of America, to share the Good News to all people!  Yes, there will be abundance in the marketplace, but that is just a result of the blessing.  The Lord is and has been opening doors of opportunity to South Korea, and will continue to...

Do Not Envy the Wicked

Greetings in the Lord! A couple of days ago I received a passage from Ezekiel 8.  It is a chapter sharing the vision the prophet Ezekiel was shown by the Lord while he was still yet living in Babylon. The vision showed all of the idol worship that was going on in the land of Israel (Jerusalem) at the time, from the religious leaders on down to the common people--it was thoroughly corrupted with idol worship.  More than that, it was the reason given for their captivity and exile to Babylon in the first place, though obviously, the people had not changed their ways even though they had gone through many hardships, foreign occupation, and exile since then.  They simply didn't "get it," nor did they want to, it seemed. Can't See the Forest Thru All the Trees

Greetings in the Lord! Today's word comes from Micah chapters 1-2. Those chapters speak of God's intense disapproval of the prevalent idolatry, corruption, and immorality in Samaria and Jerusalem. While in verses 2:12-13 God promises deliverance for the remnant of faithful believers in those nations, overall the chapters foretell of certain judgment to Israel and Judah for their sinful ways (eathquakes and enemy attacks)...yet, false prophets spoke against the words of Micah. 2:6-7) "Do not prophesy," their prophets say. "Do not prophesy about these things; disgrace will not overtake us." Should it be said, O house of Jacob: "Is the Spirit of the Lord angry? Does he do such things?"
