Checkmate!

Greetings in the Lord!

Today while in prayer the Holy Spirit put this bold and sensitive word on my heart:

"The enemy has overplayed his hand again.  Watch as I begin to reveal true motives about the meeting with Kim Jong Un.  Trump will retreat rapidly and make a checkmate move.  And the world will say--'Well played, Mr. Trump.'"

 Isaiah 43:11-12  "I, yes I, am the Lord, and there is no other Savior.  First I predicted your rescue, then I saved you and proclaimed it to the world.  No other foreign god has ever done this.  You are witnesses that I AM the only God," says the Lord.

Today's word comes from Proverbs 11:21~ "Be sure of this: The wicked will not go unpunished, but those who are righteous will go free." ~I discern that in today's word we are to declare: "Justice! In the name of the Lord!" and pray that the Lord's Sovereign mercy and judgement be released into our circumstances, lives, families, work environments, cities, and nations to right the wrongs that have been going on. Here I Am, Send Me

Greetings in the Lord! Today's word is from Isaiah 6:5-10~ "Woe to me!" I cried, "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty." Sun of Righteousness

Greetings in the Lord! Over the holiday season I spent some blessed time in California, not far from Laguna Beach area.  During this time the Lord showed me some wonderful things, altogether different from what I saw at the end of November in a very similar vision.  At that time, I saw storm clouds coming off the coast of California, tornadoes over the sea and yes, it was a short time after that southern California experienced those weather phenomenon.  But that's not the end of the story. At the end of December I saw another vision off of the coast of California, in what looked to be the same place as before, and now the sun shone brightly, warmly on the land.  The water was calm and the day was so beautiful and serene that I asked the Lord, "What am I seeing?" Set Free From the Trap

Greetings in the Lord~ Today's prophetic word comes from Psalm 79, complete with accompanying dream.  It is a pretty intense psalm that uses very dramatic language to express the desperate cry of the people of God to the Lord for His saving grace and power, and ultimately, to rescue those in great need.  And it is the second psalm of petition and deliverance I've received on behalf of someone in the entertainment industry, for it is that time of year... Jump for My Purifying Love

Greetings in the Lord! Today's scripture will be a combination of Job 2 and Malachi 3:16-4:3---sometimes the Lord has to use two (or more!) scripture references for me to discern the word that He is trying to tell me! :) In Job 2 we read about the second test of Job: being faithful to God during a bodily affliction. In fact, it seems that much of the book of Job revolves around this question: How will a good man act, and what should he think, when he is tested by suffering? Job tells us, "Shall we accept good from God and not trouble?" Job2:10b. Job reveals some deep insights for us. First, we can receive good things from God and we can receive bad things. I realize that this is a very troubling concept for our American church, one so addicted to comfort and blessings. Greetings in the Lord! It is good to be back in the saddle again and I have much to share from my trip to Iceland and Germany. However, having said that, I will write on the things I experienced and learned as the Lord directs for me to share, as any other way would be out of step with the daily words He provides for us to hear. Greetings in the Lord! Today's word comes from Psalm 68:28-33: "Summon your power, O God; show us your strength, O God, as you have done before. Because of your temple at Jerusalem kings will bring you gifts. Rebuke the beast among the reeds, the herd of bulls among the calves of the nations. Humbled, may it bring bars of silver. Scatter the nations who delight in war. Envoys will come from Egypt; Cush will submit herself to God. Sing to God, O kingdoms of the earth, sing praise to the Lord, to Him who rides the ancient skies above, who thunders with mighty voice." ~This word is a cry out to God to command His power to act, to show Himself mighty among His enemies by laying them low.
