Urgent Study Lesson

Greetings in the Lord!

Today's word is really more like an urgent study lesson. Please read and study, then pray about these verses: Numbers 22-25, 2 Peter 2:15-16, Jude 11, Revelation 2:14.

The Lord has put upon my heart that we need to become very familiar with the wicked ways of Balaam son of Beor so we can recognize those ways easily and reveal it to others. We must now equip ourselves with truth from scripture, so that when the Holy Spirit moves us to minister or pray in a way to reveal falseness, we will not only move easily but we will move with zeal!

Season of Babylon's Influence

Greetings in the Lord! Today's word comes from Jeremiah 27. It is an interesting chapter because Jeremiah gives the word not only to Judah, but also to all the kings of Edom , Moab , Ammon , Tyre, and Sidon through the envoys that had come to Jerusalem to visit King Zedekiah. ...This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: "Tell this to your masters: 'With My great power and outstretched arm I made the earth and its people and the animals that are on it, and I give it to anyone I please. Mr. "Haman" Khan--Don't Tread on Us

Greetings in the Lord~ On Sunday I was led to read a passage from Esther chapter 3.  It's not one that I read very often, and given the story, it caught my attention right away--who was promoted to a position of authority and was desiring to kill off the people of God?  That is, in fact, the story of Haman.  In chapter three we read about King Xerxes elevating Haman and "giving him a seat of honor higher than that of all the other nobles."  But right away, he used his newly-gained position to try and launch an attack against not only his adversary, Mordecai, but against all of the Jews.  He deceived the king and got him to issue a decree that would allow him to destroy the Jews, once and for all.  However, we know that the story does not end there.  Rather, Haman was found out and hung on the gallows he meant for Mordecai, and the Jews protected themselves successfully and gained peace and security in the land. The Party's Over, Let the Clean-up Begin

Greetings in the Lord! Well, by now most prophetic speakers have already given their word for the 2018 year, but I am still waiting for that.  When I inquired prayerfully about it one day the Holy Spirit simply said, "Wait for it."  Hmmm, OK.  What choice do I have but to wait, then? In the meantime, it does give a chance to acknowledge the previous words that appear to have been fulfilled within the past month or so.  The first one is with sadness that I mention a very famous K Pop singer, Kim Jong Hyun that passed away around the December solstice.  He was only 27 and really still at the height of his career.  They say it appears to be a suicide, but who really knows.  I do believe that trouble was diverted from Hollywood folks at that time and was carried out in another region of the music industry.  I've seen this before a couple of times where the Lord will give a time to pray and intercede for people to keep them safe...

Build Your House Upon the Rock

Greetings in the Lord! Today's word comes from Isaiah 22:1-14. Those verses talk about how the people of Jerusalem simply went on with business as usual, while only attending to the obvious weaknesses in their city structure, after the Lord spared them from a major attack by their enemy in the past. They "saw that the City of David had many breaches in its defenses; you stored up water in the Lower Pool. You counted the buildings in Jerusalem and tore down houses to strengthen the wall...but you did not look to the One who made it, or have regard for the One who planned it long ago. The Lord, the Lord Almighty, called you on that day to weep and wail, to tear out your hair and put on sackcloth. But see, there is joy and reverly...eating of meat and drinking of wine! Greetings in the Lord! God is so fun...today's scripture is from Hebrews 12:14-29 and completely picks up where we left off of from yesterday's scripture in Deuteronomy 5. :) "Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord. Godly Shake Down

Greetings in the Lord! Today's word comes from Ezekiel 24:15-27, but I feel led to share it from the Contemporary English Version instead of the usual NIV translation: "The Lord said, 'Ezekiel, son of man, I will suddenly take the life of the person you love most. But I don't want you to complain or cry. Mourn in silence and don't show that you are grieving.
