Fire on Babylon--Let the Threshing Begin

Greetings in the Lord, This past week the Lord has had me revisit some of the prophetic words He gave back in 2001 thru 2008 for the United States--most of them came from the book of Jeremiah.  They were words about Babylon falling; about the Lord raising up an army of foreigners to take her down and plunder the nation of everything they held dear--all of their worthless idols.  The United States, my friends, is that Babylon. Well, we are at that place again.  For the past few days I've been led to read Isaiah 13, Jeremiah 51, and Amos 6-7.  Jeremiah 51 talks directly about God's plan to have Babylon destroyed: This is what the Lord says: "See, I will stir up the spirit of a destroyer against Babylon and the people of Leb Kamai.  I will send foreigners to Babylon to winnow her and to devastate her land; they will oppose her on every side on the day of her disaster."  Jeremiah 51:1-2 A very interesting verse jumps out to me when I read this chapter; verse 33:

Hillary Unveiled and Birds Set Free

Greetings in the Lord! This week I had a dream and word of the Lord relevant to Hillary Clinton and for all of the people that support her. Tuesday morning I awoke from a dream where I was sitting at the top of a very large, semi-circular outdoor bleacher that had lots of other people on it, but not completely full.  Way down at the bottom was a lady in blue singing songs and performing for the crowd, but I was watching with only minimal interest, even debating whether if I got closer it would be any more exciting.  Then I noticed that under the bleachers was nothing--utter darkness beneath us!  Frightened, I looked to get out of there and saw that where I was sitting at the top of the bleachers was ground level--these bleachers descended into a huge bottomless pit!  The only other time I've seen such a huge hole in the ground in a dream was when I visited Dachau, Germany--the site of the first concentration camp and prototype for all the others that would follow.  Interestingl

No More Cannibals, By His Mercy

Greetings in the Lord! If you've read any of the words on this blog for even a minute one thing would be obvious--the Lord does not use me like the marshmallow, feel-good prophets common in the United States.  It's interesting too, that many of the Old Testament prophets in the Bible were also not typical of that crowd.  Why?  The prophet Jeremiah says its because feel-good words of peace can only be considered true if they come true, (paraphrase).  And that most of the prophets of old issued warnings and strong rebukes against sin, that is why God had called them in the first place--to get His people back on track.  However, in today's American Church, many "prophets" just share words of encouragement because they know that no one supports financially those who tell it like it is. Interestingly, much of this holds true for the secular arena as well.  The American culture is obsessed with all things feel-good, look-good, and sound-good, too.  Which is how Obam
