Colorado--His Saving Hand Restores

Greetings in the Lord! Proclamation of Nahum--Nineveh Will Fall

Greetings in the Lord! After a long spring of being 'in the trenches', so to speak, I am finally able to brush off the dust, lift my head and recline a moment while I tap out this word of the Lord to you.  It comes from the little book of Nahum, chapter 3, verses 18 and 19: "O king of Assyria, your shepherds slumber; your nobles lie down to rest.  Your people are scattered on the mountains with no one to gather them. Nothing can heal your wound; your injury is fatal.  Everyone who hears the news about you claps his hands at your fall, for who has not felt your endless cruelty?"
